About the Role

As a SaaS Account Executive focused on the SMB segment, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by securing new business. You'll work closely with potential and current clients to understand their needs, demonstrate how our solutions can solve their challenges, and guide them through the buying process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, technology, and making a real impact on businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch our SaaS solutions.
- Conduct engaging and persuasive product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Work with the customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or technology sector, targeting SMBs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
