About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end design process, from concept to final implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
Ensure consistency across all product designs by maintaining and evolving design systems.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality execution.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on SaaS products.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, visual design skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
Excellent understanding of usability, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in a startup environment or with agile development is a plus.
